While our glassware is dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing in warm soapy water with a soft cloth to maintain the clarity and longevity of the hand-blown borosilicate glass.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for home fragrances?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on candles and incense if they are unused, in their original packaging, and the seal remains unbroken.
Are your candles made from natural ingredients?
Our candles are crafted using a bespoke blend of soy and vegetable wax, paired with cotton wicks and high-quality essential oils to ensure a clean, long-lasting burn.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging fragile items, but if an item arrives broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage to arrange a replacement.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely. You can add a personalized gift message at the cart stage, which we will hand-write on a signature Maison Balzac card and include in the parcel.
